The Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), Amer Kapetanović, attended the 2025 Bled Strategic Forum, a leading European platform for dialogue on global and regional challenges.
This year’s gathering focused on issues central to South East Europe, including peace in a shifting global order, the future of democracy, revitalising multilateralism, and Europe’s path to security and prosperity.
Kapetanović met senior officials and partners from across Europe, underscoring RCC’s role in promoting regional stability, cooperation and EU integration. Talks also covered initiatives under the Common Regional Market, the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans, and priorities in connectivity, mobility and energy cooperation.
The forum brought together heads of state and government, ministers, diplomats, business leaders and representatives of international organisations to discuss topics ranging from peace and security to the green and digital transitions.
