Travellers leaving North Macedonia waited 15 to 30 minutes at the Tabanovce border crossing on Saturday, the country’s Automobile Association (AMSM) said.
No significant delays were reported at other border points for either entry or exit, it added.
Traffic outside urban areas was moderate, with all state roads open but wet in places. Drivers were advised to adjust speed, follow posted signs and take extra care in mountain passes and cuttings where landslides are possible, particularly on routes between Kocani and Makedonska Kamenica to Delcevo, Vinica to Berovo, Gostivar to Straza, Mavrovo to Debar and Struga, Demir Kapija to Udovo, Katlanovo to Veles, Krusevo to Demir Hisar, and Resen to Bukovo.
