Vučić reacts after Serbian official was given 30 days of detention: We will respond harshly, Kurti wants conflict, he has lost his mind

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has reacted sharply after the Basic Court in Pristina ordered 30 days of detention for Igor Popović, assistant to the director of the so-called “Office for Kosovo” headed by Petar Petković.

Vučić has said that they will react harshly, because as he once propagandizes, “this terror must stop.”

“We will react in a very harsh way, because this terror must stop at some point,” he said on Pink TV, Kossev reported.

He said he has informed the international community about what happened.

Asked about the student protests, he said that Serbia has bigger problems than the blockers – and he says that problem is Albin Kurti.

According to him, Kurti “will provoke incidents in the Western Balkans.”

“The recent arrest of Igor Popović shows that Kurti has completely lost his mind and that he wants to provoke incidents and conflicts in the Western Balkans,” Vučić said.

“This may have unpredictable consequences, but we will always fight to maintain peace and stability,” he continued.

Pupovic, during a rally in Rahovec, had seriously insulted the KLA, and was arrested by the Police. /Gazeta Express
