South Korea’s Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) has been named the top-ranked bidder in Montenegro’s airport concession process, the Ministry of Transport said on Friday.
According to the published ranking list, IIAC scored 96.18 points, ahead of Luxembourg–based Corporación América Airports (CAAP), which ranked second with 65.15 points.
Under Montenegrin law, bidders have 15 days from the publication date to file complaints with the Concessions Commission. The Ministry also noted that bidders may request access to the documentation within eight business days through a written request.
