EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, will visit Montenegro, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina from April 7 to 9, marking her first trip to the region, the EU External Action Service announced.
During her visit to Podgorica, Kallas is scheduled to meet Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović and Prime Minister Milojko Spajić on April 7. She will also engage with civil society representatives and attend an event organized by the Ministry of Defense. A joint press conference with Spajić will follow.
On April 8, Kallas will travel to Tirana, where she will meet with Albanian President Bajram Begaj and Prime Minister Edi Rama. Following a press conference with Rama, Kallas will hold talks with Minister for European and Foreign Affairs Igli Hasani and Minister of Defence Piro Vengu, marking the opening of the first session of the EU-Albania Security Dialogue.
