Food inflation in Greece stood at 0.5% in February, the lowest in the eurozone, where the average was 2.7%, Eurostat reported on Tuesday.
The Ministry of Development attributed the slowdown to ongoing efforts, including stricter market controls and clearer operational rules. It said it remains committed to ensuring fair competition and protecting consumers to boost disposable income.
